Summary
Synopsis:
The moment life stopped, Ye Zhongming returned to ten years ago to the afternoon that the apocalypse began.
Was it the heavens taking care of him? Or was it yet another punishment? Did he really have to experience the ice cold apocalypse once more?
Ye Zhongming decided to live. Not for any other reason but for his past allies and his loyal lover!
Also, he wanted to find an answer. Why would numerous gachapons appear from out of nowhere and tens of thousands of dungeons descend from above? Who changed the beautiful Earth into bloody ruins that were covered in corpses?

Annoying dragon ball z style writing, every chapter is a cliffhanger, every fight lasts for five to six chapters. Every fight is split into different characters pov, which means every fight actually lasts even longer.
The chapters are short, the story is straight hot garbage. I tried so hard to persevere and finish but screw it, this is straight garbage. Someone should find the author and slap them till they can finish a thought.

This is seriously hard to take. One moment the MC is slaughtering zombies and bugs easily, the next he has trouble against a police officer that isn’t even trying to kill him. One moment he’s viciously willing to kill or abandon any innocent in his way, the next he obeys common morality like some kind of good person. Hypocritical and just low-IQ all around.

I’ve read up to around chapter 20. The logic of the whole plot is very willy nilly. The Mc obtains a potion from the gatcha that can strengthen whoever drinks it by a multiple of 6. This potion makes him 6 times stronger than an ordinary human, he even further strengthened it by 10% by mixing it with other ingredients. All of this and he’s still struggling to hand a single policewoman who knows combat technique. I’m so done reading it. There were many times where I saw inconsistencies but this one takes the cake. I could ignore some minor ones but it kept going. My mind is turning to jelly reading and trying to make it plausible. I give up. I don’t recommend reading this novel unless you can handle constant logic loopholes or backtracking on Mc’s actual strength and capabilities.

I may be misremembering the amount the potion strengthens him by. It should be 5-6 times the ordinary person’s strength. Either way, he should have zero problem subduing anyone as he is trained in combat since he has survived the catastrophe for 10 years. I hate how once he gets regressed, he gets nerfed to hell.
